I don't think there's any way to know just based on picures. The rod has to be the right length and diameter, and if you want the ends to slip inside the axle, the diameters there have to be correct as well.

If you want a good starter slider for getting into SuMo then get some all thread in the diamater that also works well with skateboard/rollerblade wheels. Get which ever wheels you like the looks of and then match the size all thread to fit and just mount thru axles with washer and nut on each side. Simple and you can prolly get some used wheels for a few bucks.
