03 yz450f leaking gas

new to the forum and just got a 450. It runs great but when i stop and shut off the gas it pisses gas from the bowl drain hose. leaks until the bowl is dry. I tried tighting it but nothing. Do i need a new screw or what? i took it out and it dose look a little worn but not bad. Any help would be great thanks.

A couple things make the carb leak.

1. Float level is incorrect

2. Has dirt on the float valve or seat

3. Float pin is bent

4. Rubber tip on the float valve is worn (<- mostlikely cause)

try bending the tab on the floats that pushes the needle in to make it seat better mine was doing the same thing and thats what i did to fix it
