98 YZ250 Torque Specs?

I finally got around to changing the main jet as it was fouling plugs daily. While stuff was off we opened the top to check out the piston and cylinder. It still appears to be the original stuff with hardly any scoring so I'm leaving it alone. Reeds are still good also. So now I need to tighten everything up and am just wondering a couple things.

First can anyone tell me what torque thos nuts on top of the engine to?
And second what is the reccomened height for the floats in the carb?

I moved them from 5mm to 6mm after I found something similar regarding a 99 YZ. After everything is back together I can tune it up and hopefully won't have all the spooge coming out and a plug will last a while.
