03 Yz 450 Valve Replace

hey. re-building the top end of my bike, was told to think about new valves as i was told this years valves have a tendancy to fracture, bike has quite afew hours on it but not alot, any advice greatly appreciated.thanks.

The main reason that YZ450 valves break is that they don't get replaced when they show signs of wear. If they have never needed a valve adjustment, they aren't worn, and will most likely be OK. If they have been shimmed more than .10 mm from where they started, they should be replaced.
