Do the cheap and free stuff first. Jettinng and pv. Give me a shout when you are ready. You can compare your stock set up to my modded set up.

Getting there. 2000 200 MXC

My rear fender says 'dunlop' because that's what I usually run. Wearing down these old Maxxis right now. Complete engine rebuild, suspension serviced, powder coating, custom graphics. I can't wait to finish it. Having a minor leaking problem with the hydraulic clutch right now, should be straightened out by Friday (hopefully).

Thanks. Unabiker does. Really high quality and they protect one of the most important pieces on the bike. You can get them anodized black or orange for like 15 bucks more when ordering.

Anyone know where i can get a set of radiator hoses for a 2011 ktm 200exc that will get rid of the thermostat?

My bike is a converted 144 with no T stat. So, you should be able to that route, trimming the hoses to fit. Hey, if the shipping isn't killer, I would be tempted to trade you.

Certainly is tempting. I've been able to find plenty of radiator hose kits, but theyre all for kits where the hoses don't go through the frame like the 2011's do.

I was going to ask who made those radiator guards myself. Bike looks sweet. Is that an old Honda CB 160 engine I see back there or a 250? :D

Haha thanks, I have some GoPro footage to put up from the track today. By the way, that's a CL 305.

Whoa that bike looks awesome all put together. I need to update the looks of the new 400EXC I just got. My dad still has his cherry condition 305 Scram and I have a 69 CL70 that I use for camping and cruising around at the races. Let us know when you have a chance to upload the GoPro footage.

Looks great, the orange plastics seem to have more of a glow than usual.
