Coolant Temp

I have an Acewell Speedo with tach and temp gauge.On the road,especially now that its colder, I have a tough time getting a reading on it.I know the bike must be running a little cooler, but I have a hard time believing that the motor wont heat up to at least 125 degrees.I have the sensor mounted on the hose behind the shifter side radiator.What kind of temps are you guys getting on yoru bikes?

On a track or it the woods I typically get between 155 to 180 degrees

Is it my gauge or where I have it mounted?
