i eitehr need to re-build or re-jett my 1998 yz400f where can i find kit to do it myself ??? for reasonable price

bump. i do too. Also, how much of a difference will an aftermarket jet kit make on an otherwise stock 400?

All jet kits cost about 70 bucks. Best source is James Dean. In most cases it is a very noticable improvement.

Rebuild kits can be had from Carb Parts warehouse.

The JD Jet Kits are awesome. I'd recommend them. Easy installation and good phone support too. Be sure to give your carb a good cleaning while its apart.
