sitting off of a jump or "seat bouncing" isn't something to be tried off of a ramp if you've never done it off of an mx jump. i 99% bet you flip over forwards or @ least get bucked a bit. don't worry about seat bouncing off of a ramp, theres no need for it.

sorry for the massive bump but i figure its still on the front page so no one will kill me.

i was curious how you went pro. like what did you do. did you send in a tape like you do for skateboarding/bmx/snowboarding? or did you just enter into compettitions and county shows?

Met a photographer that put me on his web site ( www.roadanddirt.com ) met some promoters through that , then there was alocal jump contest @ a track- thats how it really started.

That would be so sweet!

Well I know a bmx and a dirtbike are 2 completly different things but I learned how to flip a bmx into water. I think that may be a good route to go without a foam pit just to get the whole feeling of being upside down and not letting go. It took me 3 tries to hold onto the bike.

Then from there I guess just go for it on a mini maybe? or a 125 could work lol. Yeah if you do flip though that would be sweet. Cordovas in my oppinion are the must flip trick, that and nac nacs.

I've gone for flips, ( back b4 the foam pit was around for dirt bikes.) haven't landed it yet. I'm 30 now with a fam, so without a foam pit I'm not trying anymore. I'd go straight to the big bike though if/ when i try again, bicycles and mini's flip diff. I've tried on my pit bike and 250 i over rotated on the mini.

Hey, about the nose diving thing I have riddden friends 2ts a few times this summer and realized that this nose diving thing must be due to rider habit because after years on four strokes, when I first tried jumping my friends 2t I was ass end low.

You adapt within a few jumps and it stops happening. I didn't pay close enough attention to my body to know what I was doing though, sorry.

Sorry for the bump...Is a 25 ft tabletop to small to try a no hander on?

No. back when I used to ride pit bikes (drz 125) i had a little , roughly 20 foot table, in my backyard, did plenty no handers. This was 6 years ago, 13 years old at the time lol, but you can do it.

25 ft doesnt seem out of the question for a no hander...

That is about the ballpark of this jump

as long as you can do it, any jump is big enough for many tricks. 20-25ft is plenty for a no hander.

Going to build a 60-75ft gap (depending on how the landing is modified) And I'll throw down some one handers and no hander. And hopefully some heel clickers and nac nacs too
