Couple of smog removal Q's (I searched)

This is the great link for a 95', what has changed since then? Mine's an 06.

Where does that small grey hose that connected to the smog thingy go?

And will a gasket sealant good for 350F be good enough for the oval covers on teh cylinder head?

no difference. unless u have a cali model. it has another cannister.

not sure which hose you are talking about, pic?

i didnt use any sealant, and it has never leaked. temps there can get up to 450.

if your gonna use sealant just go get some hi temp permatex silicon the copper golding stuff and just use a tad, should be fine

The grey hose is in Pic #15, (on the link) it runs almost vertical off the smog thing and is just touching the fins 1/2 way up the cylinder

if i remember right, that hose connects to the front of the carb above the throttle bore? i removed that hose and capped the vacuum nipple.

mine was removed but there were a few going to carb that are closed now pic 15 i dont see a hose going to cylinder just back to carb/airbox area.

its a smaller diameter hose that just touches the back of the fins and goes up.

put yer specs on!lol/
