XR600R rear rotor on a XR650R?

i found a rear rotor for a XR600R will it fit my XR650R?

I'm about 99% sure that they are different. However, I could be wrong. The easiest thing to do is lookup an aftermarket rotor like an EBC. Check to see if both bikes use the same part number. Like I said I'm almost positive that you will find that they use different part numbers.

thanks i was looking at a rear rotor on ebay but it's for a xr400r or a xr600r. i read somewhere that a rear rotor from a CBR 600 would fit the XR650R but who knows?

I'm with Leonard. When searching for extra wheels for my XR6, I did a bunch of research (read, "asked people") and found that while the XRL rear wheel swaps with the XR6, the XRR does not. The hubs are different and I suspect that because of that, the rotors are different, too.
