I called Edelbrock today and talked to Ray Garcia in their motorcycle carb tech department. He's going to see if he can track down any type of dimensions or blueprints for me. He said they might be tough to dig up though, because the carbs were designed a few years ago, and their design offices have moved several times and the carbs have been manufactured a few different places. So it might be a longshot, but maybe he'll come through.

I didn't, but I'm not sure I understand what you're trying to point out.

Maybe they work.
It gave them more torque up to midrange, but they didn't lose any up top.
Most people who use them don't get their jetting right and take them out.
