I'm leaving tomorrow to go to South Carolina to help manage the deer population. It will be a good time. I'll be riding my wife's 4 wheeler around with camo and etc.. Don't worry... not turning into a quad dude... it's just real hard to carry a rifle and pull  a deer out of the woods on my KTM.

If you can.. keep Friday 12/21 open if you don't have to work.... Going to do a ride at the Sandbox possibly... If you all can't because of work and are interested... maybe we can do it on Saturday the 22nd. My last day of work for the year is Thursday 12/20... yes!!! I'm lucky they shut my plant down over the Holidays. Maybe we can get some other rides in too.

I forgot you were heading out of town, good luck!

I'm afraid it may be after the holidays before I can sneak out on another Friday.

right now Im living in orlando for school but am from Melbourne... I love the woods. We need to rally a group of people together and do some trail rides. Is it worth the 1-2 hr. drive?

Dunno, but it isn't too bad. If you were still in Melbourne I would say by all means. Being that you're in Orlando you probably have much better options that are closer to you, only drawback right now being hunters. As I said before, it's no ONF. I have some single track behind the house that's ok, and we have a few other places nearby that we can slab it/dirt road it to.

Ive been hitting up croom lately (lived in Fl my whole life and had never been until a month ago). Its an absolute blast in the back where the FTR marked trails are. I go back to my parents house occasionally, might have to hit you up the next time.

If you find yourself in Melbourne hit me up for sure or if you just feel the need to ride somewhere different and don't mind the roadtrip.

I like the Croom, north of the day use areas. Decent trails and always seems like less traffic up that way.

I will do. And yes the north area is where its at! Although the sand pit in the front is pretty fun... even though io feared for my life every second of the 7 minutes I was up there.

XR1, I live just north of Orlando (Orange City) and there's a 200 or so acre area similar to Croom, but with a lot of true single track trails here. LMK if you want to join us for a ride, I'll probably be going Sat. afternoon.

South of Melbourne is just a tad far.......

Do you want me to meet you at the Circle K at Holopaw or here somewhere in Melbourne?

Mark
I will have a neighbor kid following me.  How about I meet you in the parking lot at the Sandbox.  I might get there a little early to get them set up.  I hope to be in the parking lot around 8:45.  See you there

No.  441 is about 2-miles east of Harmony High school.
