Joe Byrd jumps from 313-329 feet in this video. 5th gear pinned on a cr250.
Give him wings and he'll be gone.

not sure what is more impressive, the jump or the fact the run up took place on a gnarly dirt road

That wasn't nasty, that was smooth!

If I watched him do that 4 or 5 times, and knew exactly how fast he was going, (looked like 70-80), I mightbe tempted to try it.

Well, it looked smooth. I don't think I really need to find out first-hand. Nevermind.

That was definitely a sketchy run up to a HUGE jump.


Just reinforces my self preservation statute... Just cause someone else can do it doesn't mean that I can.

I gotta admit I like the approach...nothing like blasting up a desert road, instead of the paved stuff. They need to put in a big whoop section, too.

That was cool. The aproach made it alot cooler then any of capes stuff. That was a true freestyle jump.
