he was going to pass a couple of cars, and he looked to make sure noone was coming. so he pulls out and as hes passing, he sees headlights wayy off in the distance, so he speeds up to finish passing, but the guys for some reason comes up faster than before, leaving little time for my bro to get in. he couldnt get back into his lane, so at the last minute they both went off to the side of the road, but not fast enough. they both hit head on at about 65 mph.
thank God my brother and 2 of his buddies walked away, but the other guy was stuck in his truck because the steering column was pressed against his chest. so far from what we know, the guy ahs a broken femur and a punctured lung. my brother has swollen feet from them hitting the brakes so hard, one buddy has a broken finger, and the other one has a cut in his forehead. botht the bikes are ok, just a broken fender and some scratches. quite a scary weekend.

extremely lucky! thank god they didn't get seriously injured :worthy:

how old is your bro? i know 2 friends that are 16 and have only had there licenses for 2 weeks. 1 totaled his lifted f250 by hitting a tree head on at about 55mph. when he slid in a turn. same day my dads friend rolled his gmc1500 on some wet leaves. other buddy hit a f150 in his lowered ranger at about 25mph with 6 people in it. everyone was ok in all 3 crashes.

again all very lucky that nobody was injured.

its a good thing they were both driving big trucks. otherwise they would be gone. my firends was a 1998 dodge cummins 2500, and te other one is a chevy duramax (not sure of size or year. i think its a 2005)

wow glad it turned out ok. Could have been much better. Man Glamis is like bad news central on holiday weekends. Glad I stay away from that place.
