What is the XR650R oil change interval for street useage and some off road riding? Is it really 600 miles?

I like to change mine about every 3 rides in hard (clutch abuse)dirt riding. And with less then 2 Qts. It's hard on oil. It's always fairly contaminated.

It seems that my piggy uses a lot more oil on the street so I have to change my oil about 400-600 street miles some dirt in there though
