setting up a 2007 yz450 for supercross/freeride

Im around 205 pounds with my shoes off, no ridding gear on. I ride an almost stock 07 yz 450, changed front tire to dunlop 756, and sprockets 50 tooth rear 13 front, and white bros power filter. My question is I know I need a stiffer rear spring, is there any thing else I should to change to get the most out of my suspension? currently I have the race sag set and the compression clickers 6 clicks out from all the way turned in. forks are turned in about one or two clicks in from stock. The race tech calculator say my frork springs are set for my weight for arenacross so Im thinking about sticking with them? are works connection and race tech pretty comparable , does it matter which one I go with? :thumbsup: any help/suggestions are appreciated. :busted:

I believe your talking about Factory Connection. Race tech and Factory Connection springs are both made by Eibach.

no I probley wont be raceing suppercross for a while. Im new to dirt bike suspension tunning. Id like to have suspension that absorbs stutter bumps and doesnt bob and bottom out as easily on the bigger jumps/drops. My friend who races in the vet A class told me to tell Race tech that I need suspension for pro moto but on the race tech web site aggresive moto and supercross springs are pretty similar so I figure Ill probley just go a little stiffer and go with the supercross settings.
