A few more clues and we might be able to help you. What bike and year, when was the last time you had her fired up, have you checked for spark?

?

for electrical, you cannot check the CDI, only eliminate everything else first. get a hold of a manual and ohm out the coil, stator, trigger, spark plug wire and compare the results to the tolerances. if you don’t have a manual, try a search on this form; people may have already posed electrical tolerances from their own troubleshooting experiences. also consider changing out your spark plug if you have not done so already (eliminate that item), and lastly, check your valve clearances. out of spec valves makes starting difficult.

Hope this helps.

hi guys.

the problem is this: the bike was runing great, but i was lubing the wiring and accidentally switch the green and yelow wire that cames from the strator.

and after that my pig won´t start.

my bike is a honda xr 600r duall sport from 1995 and comes without battery only strator (europe version).

what should i look for to solve the problem.

any help please.

best regards.
