i need to adjust the valves on my bike and i have never done it before, what do i need to do it, what shims and tools do i need, how long will it take?

or should i take it to the bike shop for 100.00

#2 try this. it shouldnt take all that long. for your first time it will probably take 1 1/2 hours or so. take your time and pay attention to how things come apart so when you put them back together they go back right. hope this helps. good luck. :thumbsup:

If you check first, you will most likely find out you don't need an adjustment, anyway.
