I think MicroSquirt would be better suited to a bike personally. Board is all smd and the case is waterproof with a nice Ampseal connector. I would worry about vibration tearing up components with the standard MegaSquirt. It's also pretty big for a bike. I have one sitting a few feet away if anyone wants a picture comparing its size to something...

Not only that,did you see the size of the bore on that DR350?it was huge.On his dyno sheet,that XR650 was getting up on 70 HP,dam!!
