No problem, thanks. Think you can take a close-up of how they mount?

Anyone know if XR-R guards will fit an XRL?

They are OEM.....
My bad....

Lemme guess....do search eh?

XR's only makes a smog pump block off for it, there really isant much to it for $25 but it makes removal a lot easier.

Yea I finally got my block off kit. Applied racing. I found an easier way to get that allen screw out. You have to take off the left rad tho'
Anyways, I havent tried it out yet due to work...
Now all I have to do is finish the un-corking. Re-jet etc.
BTW...Ive got an FMF full system in the classifieds for sale along with the White Bros slip on for sale. PM if interested.
Also, if anyone is interested in how I broke that allen screw loose lemme know
Ill give ya a hint....I used a box end wrench for leverage
:ride:

What does the smog pump look like? I have a 2000 650r dual sported and am looking for all ways to make it run better/lighter.

Look behind your right side radiator.
Then do a search here. ALOT of stuff!
Applied racing has a kit to block it off.

once i get my job ill keep the first couple pay checks and it will go straight towards my bike. I could have already stripped it and sent it to powdercoat last season if SOMEONE! was ever around!

NICE looking bike!!!! I just got done rewinding my stator and it works awsome. I love not having to use a battery which saves some weight.

That bike looks in pretty bad shape, tell you what, I will give you a couple of bucks and take it off your hands, save you a bunch of headaches.
Yes I am kidding, that bike looks great.
Is that the stock rear spring? Unless you weigh 150 pounds, might be a good time to throw on an Eibach.
