I was wondering if anyone else has had this happen .... a few weeks ago i went riding and my header pipe cracked near where it bolts onto the head ... no problem i took it and got it tig welded and it worked good ... untill today i was riding some trails and my bike started popping real bad and upon further inspection there was another crack almost all of the way around the header pipe again ... not where it was welded before but about 6 inches further down the pipe. Is this common for titanium pipes to do this? also would a stanless pipe be less prone to cracking?
