Ive been reading a lot about the stators on these bikes, and Im just a little confused, Baja Designs says the stock output of the stator in my bike is 130W, the bike has the stock 35W headlight, I want to change that to run a 55W, do I need to upgrade my stator, or will the stock one handle it? what am I missing here?

It might work. I believe that your stator is rated for 70 watts so it should work. Don't forget that a few watts go to the tail light. I would give it a try and see if it works to your satisfaction. If not then upgrade the stator.
