Replacement Clutch Lever assy w/o choke for Honda

I replaced the carb on my XRL with an FCR, and want to clean up the bars. The clutch lever assy with choke is no longer necessay, and I want to clean up the bars, but keep the stock neutral safety switch.

Is there a replacement that allows this?
