Hey all,

I know I have posted on this subject before, but I am getting the run around on the timing issue. Is the process the same for all years(ie 99 400 or a 01 426). My dealer says they don't have the specs to do my '01. I need a straight answer and if possible so info on the subject. Thanks everyone

Another perfect example of how ThumperTalk came to be...... the dealer can't help.

Yes, the steps to change the timing are the same. It's not that bad, only takes about a hour and a half. Do a search using "how to YZ time" and you'll get step by step, as well as the things, to be careful of.
