650R on the rocks

Here is a 650R goin up through the rocks. The photo doesnt do it justice. This is a steep hill, as it was cut by a track machine. That last turn before the pic is NASTY, ask the local ATV'rs

That is mid PA and you can't really see how bad it is. That section isn't that bad. Go down around the corner and pick your lines wisely. That 650R had to return to the bottom because he lost his oil bottle strapped with a cargo net! (drive seal leak) There are many case cracking as well as bone cracking boulders littered down bottom. We have'nt been to the bottom bottom(yet) as it gets really tight and straight down. Doesn't look like any alternate ways back out except up. Being 20mi in the middle of nowhere, I gotta be a little careful as a local told me those hiking trails have swallowed ATV's and had to be parted out. The time of year had covered the hill with wet leaves and was a little tricky as the 650R about lost it out of that corner! I can vouch for the rider as he has attempted(didn't make) a triple on a track with that BRP and ended up in the hospital with a healthy tasting of those bars!!!!!

We'll be riding Bald Eagle Forest next weekend and will try to get some more pics!!!

are the leaves slick? Our forest trail areas only have pine trees and if you get off trail on a hill the needles are really slick.

Wet leaves around these parts suck this time of year!!!! They are slick as well as good hiders of pokey rocks and ruts!!
