From what I understand, all 2000-2008 YZ(F) wheels interchange (front and rear). Just make sure you get the spacers.

I have a set of rims from a 2001 426 and they fit both my 2002 426 and my wifes 2003 YZ250F. The hubs are a little different, but they work fine with the correct spacers.

The rear hubs are the same from 2000-2008, but the wheel spacers are different. The width of the swingarm changed in 2002. Use the rear wheel spacers off of the 04 and it will fit. For front wheels you want to always use the wheel spacers for the bike the wheel belongs to to make it fit.
