The large plug right in the center of the valves, requires about a 10mm allen wrench. I removed it the other day thinking it was holding the head on (of course it isn't) but what is it for.

After all the work I have done getting my sons bike going it still leaks around the large rubber gasket on the Left side. I even put the KAwi Bond sealant on it.

Anyone know why this would leak what seems to be very thin oil?

Confused

The large plug is maybe for the casting of the water jacket.
#2 I use a black hi-temp RTV sealant and never had any problems. The kawbond , I only use to seal the cases.
