'99 yz400 carb base setup-tried searching already

I found the float height spec and jetting, but I'd like to know where to set the fuel screw that goes from the bottom and points upward on the carb. It's externally adjustable, but looks almost impossible to access when it's on the bike. Thanks.

About two turns out from seated. It can be accessed with a short screwdriver, but it's hard to find one that fits. That's why "everyone" buys the extended fuel screws, such as those from Zip-Ty.
