my 08 450 is backfiring on decel all the time now, the bike never backfired when new, only the last couple of times i've been to the track, the temp has been about 15 celcius on both occasions.
should I re-jet??, anyone else having this problem.
The bike is completely stock.

Try your fuel screw at 2 or 2 1/2 turns. This should take care of your problem

I say reject, the stock jetting for me was god awful. I am at 5200 feet and with the stock exhaust I jetted to 155 main 48 piot and stock needle position, it is the sweet spot. However, if the backfiring just started I would start with the air screw.
