Supertrapp Maintenance

I removed the supertrapp from my XL600R for a clean and repaint. is there anything to do for the discs or internals? sounded fine on the bike.

You may have to pull out the core and repack the can using that fiberglass muffler stuff...you can pick up a pack of it at your local part shop for like $12...thats pretty much all you have to do.

Make sure you keep all those bolts tight on that muffler b/c they like to work themselves out...

clean all the carbon out and off the disc's.
