I just bought the 08 KX 450F. Nice bike. Anyone have a pointers on setting up the suspension for general Motocross riding.

I weigh about 215lb with my gear on and I have already adjusted race and static sag. I had to really crank down on the spring to get it near 100mm mark.

I was going to throw a FMF 4.1 exhaust on ot but started thinking the power is already brutal and why mess with it.

What are some off market things I can do to make it sail through the jumps and bumps?

for setting up susption , just go to the track if you dont know to much about it then take your manual and play with the settings and find wut suits u best , just record wut u change and dont be scared to play with the settings . your probley going to need some different springs in the front for a heavier rider
