Anyone else strip the threads on the top shock bolt on an 06 YZ450?

I was torqueing down the nut that connects the top of the shock to the frame and the threads stripped from the nut leaving the bolt unusable as well. I had my wrench set to 42 lbs (only 2 lbs over) and it failed as if the nut was made from aluminum. Being that this bolt has to be removed to get at the carb in the easiest way I ordered a spare just in case.
