Just bought a FCR MX carb from a yzf250 '04.I will use it on my XR416.It's a tide fit but it will for out.I think.. :busted:

Anyone did the same?

Any advise on the jetting: main/pilot/needle /airjets etc..?

Mods: 416 HC wiseco, thinner cilinder gasket, ported head ,HRC cam,CRD headers + FMF powercore 4,top of airbox removed, revbox. Sealevel.

Thx.

hey, i;m using an fcr37mm on my xr mostly stock except for an fmf powerbomb header.. U find that its a super tight fit with the carby hitting the frame.. what U'd have to do is shorten the rubber spigot from the gngine side and extend the 1 at the airbox side to move the whole carb forward. good luck.. sorry i can't advise on jetting
