I am thinking of putting in a stage 1 cam and found some on Ebay for a very reasonable price but don't know anything about the manufacturer.
Has anyone purchased a Hot Cam cam and if so are they any good?

I also bought used hot cams not hard to install and a definately noticable change.

I intalled a stage 3 Hotcam in my 2001 XR400R. It has performed well, no problems to report.

HOT CAM is one of the best aftermarket companies out there. Do not hesitate to buy any of their products !! Their attention to detail and install instructions are above all !!

Hey Brace, I bought a stage 1 hot cam for my 400 and didnt like it. It took away my bottom end a little , but added a ton to the top. It was just not for me. I took it out after about an hour. if you are interested, I will sell it . it's not doing me any good sitting in the box. Let me know, I can send pics.
