I own a 07 YZ 450. I would like to improve the bottom end power and generally smooth out the power as much as possible. The bike has 20 hrs and is standard in all respects accept being one notch richer on the needle. Any advice would be appreciated.

Add a heavier flywheel for the smoothing out part, add the Dr.D full stainless (or Ti) exhaust, and then turn it into an '06 by switching out the cams (and possibly the CDI)

You could even use a set of '04 cams and a Vortex....but be careful what you wish for.
