I picked up a used XR650R equipped with the HRC power-up kit. As everyone else has noted it is too loud. I was reading previous TT threads on this topic and there was no clear solution.

The simplest idea seemed to be the turn-down tip which used to be made by Baja Designs. Are there any other tips available? Can anyone post the dimensions of the BD tip? I have access to a TIG welder and a machine shop so I can fab one myself if I have to.
