Hi,
Just got a 87 xr600l.
Great bike!!
A couple of quick questions, it seems to run hot, do these bikes generally run hot? Water boils on contact with the valve cover!!
The forks make a click click sound when they are extended and then pushed in. I don't think its the head bearing loose. Seems like its only at the top of thier travel. Sounds like a rattle ofer bumpy ground.
Any good sites to explain carb adjustment/setup for these bikes?

Thanks,
Ride safe,
Dave
