Measuring sag

When measuring sag, should you be standing on the pegs or sitting on the seat? If sitting, any specific seating location...up against the tank or middle of the seat?

Sit in your normal riding position

However you ride, is how you want to be on the bike when measuring. If you stand most of the time, then stand while measuring and visa versa.

Does anyone know the specs for measuring your wifes sag?............ :)

I a pencil can be held under the tubes there is too much sag.
