I am trying to follow this indy450 jetting chart and it says for 60 to 75 degrees @ 0 to 4000 ft use a 165 main, jd red #5 or jd blue #3 , 48 pilot, 1.5 turns, 70 starter jet, #40 leak jet. I dont know what is stock if you could let me know that would be great. Also would like some input on which I should change. If anyone could give me the advice on taking out the baffles on my exaust that would be great. Thank you for your input.

I believe the stock jet is 162 or 160.

07 WR450F (Purchased August 07)

Main - 165
Pilot - 45
Leak - 50

I saw these numbers on the jets themselves and the manual supports them too.

Kenshaw, does your manual say the same as you say above? Interesting! I'm not doubting you I just find it interesting the difference...

My manual lists the following (page 2-8)
Main Jet - 162 (the jet pulled from the bike says 162s)
Pilot Jet - 45
Pilot air Jet - 70
Starter Jet - 65
Leak Jet - 60

No worries about being questioned:thumbsup: What page in your manual talks about jetting? Does your bike come with the AIS (smog pump) on it? If not, I wonder if they jet them differently:crazy:
