Tig welding frame on XR600-what rod to use?

I pulled the motor out of my 92 XR600R today so I could weld up two breaks in the frame. Is there a special TIG welding rod I should use for this? I've used mild steel rods for the subframe a few years ago and the welds have held up okay.

ER70S-2(mild steel rod) any welding shop will have it
