If you are in the right place at the right time, you can get a real gem off eBay once in a while.

I saw the add, read the description (especially the part about it not running - no spark) and figured that it couldn't cost more than a few hundred bucks to get her going. Set my max bid at $1000 and won the bike.

Got it home, and spent 20 minutes checking the spark plug and replacing some missing bolts, gave her a few kicks and she started. Feels plenty strong in my back yard.
