needle position

I have the yosh. pipe on my DRZ with the 165 main jet installed and 2out on the air screw
I have read that some one has moved the needle position for more bottom and mid range . I live at the 1000 ft level any advice ???????

most i have heard about raised the needle(lowered the clip) one position. i did mine that way and it seems to run well. the needle is very easy to get to compared with the rest of the carb :)
