That post was from down under, They have no "kit" in the states. I've asked several dealers.

I have the complete parts list for the ADR (Australian) on road kit. I do believe it is not supplied in the US at all. If you want I can post the list all the same.

If you're looking for a reliable, low tech but legal kit check out dual sport america (formerly californial dual sport). I installed one on my 07 and it works great. No electical/stator mods needed. Runs with stock headlight and tail light.

This list is brought to you by our friend RJB. :applause: Give him some gas! The next question is how do we get this stuff in the good old US. Anyone have any ideas? I tried the net at the US sites and struck out. My dealer says he can't get them.

Folks, the parts in Oz are expensive. For example, the wiring harness runs about AU$213. A single indicator is about AU$38 and to buy all the bits for the rear licence plate holder is around AU$300 these days from a dealer there. I would hate to price it all up, but I'm sure it would be pretty darn expensive. The kit the dealer fitted to my bike here in Brunei (think it is more a pre 2007 kit) was around $800 and isn't quite right. I'll chase him up and see what (if he can get one) he'll charge for the 07/08 kit.
