James Sibert of Sylvania, OH  University of Toledo, mechanical engineering.    DO NOT TRUST HIM!

James advertised boots for sale on the old TT classified ads in December 2011.  We agreed on a price, he told me I needed to gift the money via paypal.  We completed the payment but he never sent the boots to me.  They were sold to someone else, of which I have verified that the boots were purchased by and delivered to the other party.  Attempts to contact have been unsuccessful.

The gifting is my mistake, but the crooked theft carried out by James against a fellow rider is unacceptable,

I have documentation to back this up if anyone is interested.

It should be pointed out that most of these emails you get where it opens up with "kind sir" or "kindly reply back" or similar are 99.9% scams every time. Just keying into how the person writes is generally all you need to know if it is a scammer or not.

I remember a few years ago i was selling my car and i had one of these idiots try and scam me. Same thing, western union, shipping company picking up all that crap. I strung him along until i eventually told him sorry car is sold. He replied back, rather nasterly , saying he had already payed for the shipping and i need to pay him pack right away. I replied, $&@f off you scamming tip rat and never email me again. Never heard another thing.

David A. Hope tried to scam me over almost $2000 recently. His email is youthridechallenge. Talked to him on the phone for an hour and then read on here that he was a dirtbag scammer.
