Yea, im going from a 04' yz 125 to a 03' yz 450f (wew). I know that the 04's have kayaba forks, will i notice any difference in suspension performance?

All YZ's have KYB forks. Yamaha owns a controlling interest in them, I believe.
I wouldn't say the difference between the '03 and '04 fork is earth shaking, but it's significant. The rear suspensions are closer.
