G'day,

Anybody out there got heaps of cash and running Ohlins forks on their WR450?

If so apart from looking cool are they a distinct improvement over the standard forks or a waste of money?

I've got the chance to buy a pair that are used and in mint condition but want some real feedback first.

Cheers

How much are you looking at for them?
That will determine if they are worth it or not.
Have you had your stock suspension revalved?

Price 1,200 Singapore Dollars, about 50% of new price.

Not had suspension re-valved, I live in Thailand and those type of specialist services are just not available.

How heavy are you? If you are out of the intended weight range, they may have little benefit. Ohlins susp. is awesome, and that price is great.

If you are out of the weight range, you might be better off sending your susp. to Australia to get done. I could give you a few places here, like MPE where I got my bikes done for about $600 Australian including springs.
