Ok, my buddy is every bit of 235# without gear. We changed fork and shock spring to the recommended Race tech springs (can't remember what weight springs) and went to full synthetic oil, which helped a lot.
It's way too hot to ride now, so it is time to have the forks and shock revalved. He wants to DLC coat the tubes and have it valved for outdoor motocross. Any suggestions to where to send it to? I can't imagine there is someone local (Las Vegas) to have the suspension done, but if there is I'm all ears!

I've heard good things about Factory Connection and Pro Circuit, but there are a TON of suspension shops out there. MX Tech is supposed to be really good also.
