man i have an 04 yz450 and its nowhere near as clean as some of these things. maybe after this winter it will be. but then it will just get ruined again next summer. o well thats wat happens wen you ride.

yeah i crashed on it, and stitched it up but i didnt like that look so i just cut the fender to see how it would look. i kinda like it. i have a new fender in my garage i just havent put it on yet.

I like it! I did the same with my rear fender on my 426 after sliding backwards down a hill into a tree. It is about 1 1/2 - 2 inches shorter than stock. Kind of a freestyle look. I was going to buy a new one but cut it instead where it chipped and sanded the edges> It looked good so I never bought a new one...

Can anyone tell me what year these plastics are I was told 04 when I bought it but he wasn't too sure.

Those are not '04 ('03-'05) plastics. They are the original style used '98-'02.

Ok thanks, I was just wondering I might get some new graphics eventually and lose the Radom stickers on it. It's my first bike and I'm impressed with how much power the old girl still has left in it. I wont be able to use all the power for a while that's for sure.
