I know this is a topic that most have heard before, but i need advice on what to do.
Everytime i go to the track, i get arm pump the first 30 min. I have worked out with the gyro ball ,stretched my forearms, hydrated well, had bananas, warmed up before going out, making sure that i breath correctly, hold on with my legs and still' the first 30 min, it's very hard to ride. Once the 30 min or so are over , the rest of the day is fine.
What i want to know is.
Have any of you guy's experienced this before? What can i do to get over this? Is it just tension?
I hear alot of guy's complaining that they get arm pump thoughout the day, or later into the ride. In my case i get it at the start of the ride.

Any advice??

Just keep working those forearms at home with some weights.

I try to ride for 5-10 minutes to warm up- then stop for 2-3 minutes- I was told it allows the lactic acids to build up in your blood (?)
It seems to work for me- I am good to go after that.
I only have a problem with race starts- I try to warm up and get to the gate as late as possible.

I was thinking of doing that, riding for about 10 min and taking a break .

Also, make sure you dont strap your gloves too tight. That and try to relax.
