Anyone thinking of going and riding their bike there?

Thought it be cool if a bunch of us guys (R/L whoever) would meet for the weekend and cruise around on Saturday, get motel and go to race on Sunday.

Unless they are calling for heavy rain, L and I are GOING!

Plenty of time to plan. Who's game?

We'd have a heck of a time!! :busted:  :jawdrop:

If you know the area well, hook me up with some good motels between 10 & 20 miles away or so.

Where it is .......

From me .........

What else is interesting to see/do besides watching them practice on Saturday? I think I'd rather ride all day then watch them practice, see them enough on Sunday ?

Maybe watch 1/2 day - ride other 1/2 ? :excuseme:

Hey, Huffa, sounds like a road trip, dude! 250 miles from mi casa. Perfect.

I could stop by your place on the way down and ride with you.

Got to get a tank bag for the R. Have to remember where I saw one on the web. "Dirtbagz", I think...

Its on my calendar. Thanks for the invite.

Cool IC !! Maybe we can get a few others to go, I hope.

I need a tank bag too or if not, my 17lb :bonk: nap sack will have to do.

Hope it don't rain because then the bike stays home.

Hear that Bibleman ?

If you never been to a motox race, the MX nations is a great 1st one to see!!

I'm not going to wait too long to find a motel so I have good pickins. PLENTY of time though so I'll wait a week or two at most, see who else may be interested.

Be really cool if we could get a dozen guys or so !

Well in case things change Coal Run, we would be glad to have your company and check out your bike, give it the once over, what we like and dislike

Not often do we (TT members) ever get to meet/ride together.

Here are 44 motel/hotel selections near Leonardtown which is where BC is.

I rode down for the national with four of my buddies. We are a mixed group, I have a Gold Wing, one Harley, CBR954, ZX10R and a FZ1. The great thing about riding there is parking behind the old starting line and you get out a lot quicker. I work on Saturdays so I'll head down Sunday AM. This is the one race any true MXer has to attend.:ride:
